July Flotilla in Greece Ionian Islands

Hello,
I am new to sailing and I am planning a flotilla cruise next July with my wife and two children, aged 12 and 7 in the Greek Ionian Islands. I have been to Greece in July or August many times, but never stayed there on a boat. I have a few questions that I hoped someone here could help with:
- What is the temperature like on the average 35 foot yacht in that kind of weather during the day? Can you comfortably sit inside the boat during the hottest part of the day?
- What is the temperature typically like on a boat at night?
- How noisy would harbours like Sivota, Kioni typically be in the evening in July?
Any other advice for a newby sailor and family planning this kind of adventure?

In 2021 the 2nd half of July, and all of August were very hot and very little wind.
