hotel and marina in Nassau

I will be spending the winter cruising in the Bahamas. My 105 year old mother wants to visit me in Nassau so is there a hotel/marina there so she came stay in her room and view the boat. it needs to be single floor or with an elevator

Nassau Harbour Club is an excellent marina and has a hotel on their property. Ground floor units are available.
