Flying out of Guatemala City or San Pedro Sula

I will be arriving shortly to the Rio and was wondering where is the best place to fly out of to go to the states. I have had pros and cons about both places. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. I know I will have to spend the night before in a hotel no matter where I go.

Patricia, It depends on where you are going, There are many more flights and more direct flights out of Guat City. And you can take the bus in to the City from Fronteras. Chuck
