I wanted to say thank you to all who took the time to respond to my post. I am feeling 100% better. I forget sometimes that everyone gets the blues. Fortunately I don't get down often, so it kind of took me by surprise. And worried me a bit. The weather had been crappy and being away from family during a crisis did not help my rut. I think you should look at all the possitive things that have happened to you and then you might change your mind
