Anchorage advice for PR in August

Hey all,

Before anyone mentions hurricane season, yes, I know. Special circumstances in this case.

We must move our boat over to PDR in Fajardo in early August for hurricane season. Therefore, we have about 2 weeks before the end of our last charter and haul out time. We will be sailing from St. Thomas over to Fajardo and plan to stop in Culebra and Vieques. We will be 5 adults and 4 kids, so we are looking for something fun for the kids to do. I've found a ton of info about Culebra, but not much about Vieques.

We would love to go to the bio bays. Any other must see tings on the island? Recommended anchorages?
