About dogs.....

We will be leaving for some extensive cruising next spring and our dog died recently. At first I was thinking of not replacing her, but the kids really want another dog, so...... How about some advice. For those who are doing it, or who have done it, what do you think. Are the customs hassles worth it? In your experience which breed or breeds do best in a live-a-board situation?

Much thanks for your input.

Regards,

TJ
