Thank you Auspicious and Sailor Trish!

The WWII Victory Mug is exactly what I was hoping for, and having the personalized graphics is priceless.

I was thinking of having a coffee cup made up with a stylized Nazi/Soviet/Stars&Stripes on one side with "Fatherland" "Motherland" "Homeland" on the other...but it would probably get me put on a subversive list.

Re: What Do You Have In Your Galley ?

I just switched out my old pans for a set of Magma stainless, non-stick, nesting pans. I love them already. I may get a set for the land home too.

Re: What Do You Have In Your Galley ?

Yum...a man that can do it all!

I just bought one of these....

http://www.amazon.com/GSI-22365-Outd...ranked+blender

I was alittle skeptical about its ice crushing capabilities but it really works well....it comes with a clamp to clamp it down to a countertop or table...this is a must or you cant do anything...as soon as you clamp it down it works perfectly

A good pair of kitchen shears are handy. We have one in the galley and one in the fish cleaning kit.

Re: What Do You Have In Your Galley ?

One thing I have not seen mentioned as yet is the Old Navy coffee cups ! The ones with no handles ! great for warming your hands on those cold days !! we still have 6 or 7 of them. They are heavy, but don't break very easy !! and I hate plastic anything !! just a thought!!

I was going to build a wood sink but gave up and got a bar sink (square and deep).

Re: What Do You Have In Your Galley ?

I've been using two Evercoat epoxy mixing cups for years:
THE BIANKA LOG BLOG: IN BIANKA'S GALLEY: Measuring Cups
Very durable and don't take up much room.
