The Two Burner Gourmet

Great book to pick up if you can find it. The Two Burner Gourmet (The Cookbook for the Cruising Yachtsman)by Terry L. Searfoss. It includes the following chapters: 1. Cookware and Galley Equipment, 2. Storage, 3. Clean-up, 4. Garbage & Trash, 5. Towards a better understanding and the Final Implementation (how the recipes are set up), 6. The Secrets to Success, 7. Meal Plans (4 five day menus, 3 three day menus,2 two day menus), 8. The B-B-Q Option, 9. The Dock Side Bakery & A Cup of Joe For Josephine, 10. A Look At The Shopping List.

Lots of great recipes and even better sailing stories along with each recipe. I found it in a second hand shop. The copyright date is 1991, 1800 Wilson Avenue, Saginaw, Michigan 48603

Author is a Great Lakes Sailor.

I found mine at a thrift store. I've also seen them at nautical consignment stores.
