Provisioning in Cadiz

I am picking up a boat in Cadiz for a transatlantic in October (yes I know we are cutting it close) and need a small assist.

Does anyone know of a market in Cadiz, with an on-line presence?

It is helpful to see what they have. For example, they probably don't have Gatorade. Also since my Spanish is good enough to get a zarpe, it aint great. So this gives me a chance to do translations ahead of time.

Thanks

EDIT--- just found https://www.carrefour.es Any others????

You could also check out Lidl. There are a couple in Cadiz and although I see they have a website where you can select a store, it doesn't appear to be very English friendly

I broke one of my cardinal rules and let 2 Capt’s who signed on to crew for me go shopping alone. Seems they overestimated their command of Spanish🫣

They worked off my shopping list, but did some odd off-the-menu excursions. Misreading the package, they ended up buying pre-cooked pork ribs and chicken wings. Had a good laugh, and they were very tasty.

(Sarcasm follows) Apparently the two expected Divine assistance as they came back with 1 or 2 loaves of bread to last 3 guys 34 days.

All in all it was a good run. Amazing how even on a new boat, allegedly shook down by the owner, there were issues.

Really surprised at how cheap food was in Cádiz and then Tenerife (diverted for a mechanical issue).

Definitely want to do that run again!!!
