Party Leftovers?

I stumbled across a few bottles of Champagne left over from New Years and I am wondering what to do with it all. Here is a great drink to bring a little cheer to your morning or afternoon or whenever feastivities...

Grapefruit Mimosa

Fill half of your glass with chilled Grapefruit juice. Carefully fill the glass with your champagne (or sparkling wine). Give it a stir.

Happy New Years Again!

Why would you substitute Grapefruit for Orange juice?

I prefer grapefruit - not as sweet. Like, a greyhound (vodka & grapefruit) vs a screwdriver (vodka & OJ)

Some like it sweet, Some like it to bite back...

No.... but I would not give them Champagne if I did... alcohols OK for over 16 in Brit/Euro culture...
For under that age we have non-alcoholic Champagne.. 4.99euros a bottle... fizzy grape juice minus the 'A'
