Hand cranked dough mixer

I came across this mixer and it could be great to make bread underway, when nothing much stays put. Does anyone have or tried it?

I just use a bowl and a wooden spoon.

On an Atlantic crossing I used just a bowl and spoon...it works great we had fresh bread everyday....whole wheat/ white / italian ..and great pizza....I still use the same system today on our boat in Mexico so I would for go the mixer....
