Force 10 ovens different burner styles which is better

Long story, but I have ended up with 2 nearly identical force 10 2 burner stoves with oven. One has a thing stainless plate and a tube burner in the back and the other has a heavy alloy plate with a single pot type round burner in the middle of the bottom.

Which one works better? I only need one!

The tube burner one is a later model and much better.. The aluminum plate bends with use and you have to heat it with a torch and flatten it again. When it's bent the oven will not heat up. Also the jet or burner in the aluminum plate one frequently gets plugged up with crap. I have both stoves and the tube burner is much better. It is thermostatically controlled while with the aluminum plate one you watch the temp meter and hand regulate it.

Hey, that plate is bent. Almost touching the burner. I thought that is how it was supposed to be!

The perfect reply, thanks.
