Force 10 Oven Plate
I have just gotten my "new" previously unused 2 burner with oven installed and working. There is an aluminum plate shown in the picture that I'm not sure where to insert. Does it go over the bottom burner to "dissipate" the heat?

Yes. It goes between the bottom burners and the oven rack.
