Easy Boat Recipe

Good afternoon All.

I am not sure it is the right section of the forum (please let me know).

My wife and I are putting together recipes videos to do in a boat.

The last one was about preserving meat for extended period of time as we are preparing our winter cruising.

Please feel free to have a look and all comments / idea are always welcome.

I hope you will find useful ideas for lunch and dinner

Thank you !

Chris

(all video are taken in our IP 32 expect the last one because of the large volume of meat we were processing)

Re: Easy Boat Recipe

A new video and at this time of the year we couldn't escape to the very American tradition of the turkey

Each year is a challenge because of the limitation of a sailboat: small oven and not much place. Last year the boat was a mess after a long and painful preparation . We didn't want to repeat the operation again!

This year Maribel has been working on a one-pot recipe for the turkey and I have to say it is delicious. A lot of ingredients but very easy to prepare!

I hope you enjoy it.

Happy Thanksgiving to all of you!
