Or allergic. Totally agree, even a Hershey Bar is better than any carob bar I've ever had. On the other hand, Hagen Daz used to make a carob ice cream that I liked better than chocolate (but then I don't really like my chocolate diluted into ice cream anyway).

Hannah... instead of using Chocolate and Rum use Baileys Irish Cream for flavour and Alcohol.....
