"Cooking On The GO"

I recently picked up a used copy of this wonderful manuscript from Amazon after someone made reference to it in one of the threads here. It seems to be out of print but I can’t understand why. I just can’t describe what a great reference this is and what a gift it represents by Janet Groene. This book is 100% relevant to the cruising galley. The best part is all the recipes and ingredients are selected with the limited resources in mind.
I have been trying the recipes and have yet to find one that didn’t work out. Reference for making bulk mixes, pancake, biscuit, etc, are great too. There is a full reference for provisioning and lots of helpful tips on possible substitute ingredients.
I just ordered another copy for the boat. The good used copies on Amazon are less than the postage. What a wonderful gift. THANK YOU JANET GROENE!
