TS Kate meets the Salty Dawg Rally

The newly formed Kate (with forecast winds up to 55k) is predicted to move across the track of the current Salty Dawg rally. Most of the boats headed for the VI are probably past the point of concern, but I worry about the stragglers. The storm is going to affect the rally boats which were headed for the Bahamas.

The Chris Parker radio weather net is available at

Yesterdays net was relatively calm, as the storm was just forming and Chris's discussion was advisory in nature. I suspect today's net will sound a bit more stressed.
