WESTERN NORTH ATLANTIC.
DNC 16.
S/V OCEAN QUEST SANK IN 20-43.2N 069-43.7W.
TWO PERSONS ABANDONED SHIP IN LIFERAFT. VESSELS
IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT,
ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RSC SAN JUAN,
