I agree with the main consensus, that leach has to be re-cut to tighten. You can see scallops in the leech between battens. I'm sure this poor shape is not because you are putting tension on the cunningham. Is the sail worth it?

Yeah, after talking to the sail maker and showing him the photos, he agrees with you all. It appears the sail is stretched beyond help. I’ll try a few more things but it looks like I’ll be revamping my old sail and using it until I can afford a new one. At least it still has the right shape. And now the headboard cars are fixed it will go all the way to the top!
