Most of the comments above are correct, except the genoa sheet needed to be tightened until the genoa was against the lower shroud. And the genoa car moved back to ease the top of the genoa. A small reef in the genoa would be a good idea, probably not as much as in Ex-Calif's second picture. At 15 knots the main need not be reefed. The mainsheet should probably be fairly tight, outhaul tight, halyard tight, but the traveller must be lowered. The main might flog slightly. In short, flatten the sails. Set up like that the boat will have weather helm and sail upwind nicely in 15kts.

Easing headsail sheet's powers up the sail. Not what you need at 15kts.
