We're hauling out soon, and our
boat has been sailing for the past season after a couple years
on the hard and some structural
refit (a floor timber and a knee). Oh yeah, and we
rode over a rock going 7kts... I would like to sail a little harder next year, and I think this year's off-season
inspection is SUPER important. On a
boat of this age and station, the
rigging bits are, to my mind, most likely to become fatigued.
What is your favorite resource (or recommendations) for a hold-my-hand off-season
inspection?
