That sounds fine for all the E. Caribe. I had 150 feet of chain with nylon backup on one boat and it was fine. Seldom anchored over 30 feet and most often more like 20 ft.
Although I usually like to have 200 feet of chain.

Your current setup should be just fine, no worries.
We have 218ft of chain w/ the same 33kg Rocna on a 12 ton 46' sailboat. We never needed more in the Caribbean. We can't remember using more than 150ft.
I draw just over 2.5m (8 1/2 feet) and tend to have to anchor further out than others. I rarely have to anchor in 50" in the Caribbean islands so your chain is sufficient. Holding is usually quite good, so I tend to look at scope more than anchor type.
