A´hoy sailors!

It´s interesting to investigate the recreational side of sailing, I´m by all means a professional sailor and been so for all my adult life, at the moment I work with SAR "Search And Rescue" in the Barents sea as a chef engineer on a rescue cutter.

Raised as a fisherman son, educated wooden boatbuilder and Bc:Marine engineer.
Everything threat my life has been water connected, all but three things, Rugby, Photography and lately lastly but definitely not leastly family!
I do dive, kayaking, competitive swimming, sport fishing and so on.

However I never owned a sailing boat, but now it´s time! I managed to convince the wife to let me/us have a go at it!

There is at this early hour of us being a sailing family no intentions of crossing any oceans, not that it has allot or any similarity but, been there done that on the big cargo vessels.
