Thanks for the welcome!

Hi,

As a, obviously, new member I'm not sure what to write here 😀

I have, on many occasions, during the last year or so found lots of information on this forum. Now I am looking for more and I hope that perhaps I can provide some as well.

My background is in offshore oil and gas where I am currently Chief Officer on a semi-sub. This is far from cruising but I hope to be able to share whatever I can of whatever may be useful to others here. On the hobby side, I do a lot of electronics, mostly with drones, I love working with wood and composites and i do some 3D printing. I dive as often as I can and have recently taken up underwater photography. My recent diving experience, mainly in Indonesia, is the reason I am now looking for a fast catamaran. I simply want more 😀

So far 2 amazing boats have failed to become mine and I am hoping for a 3rd time lucky sort of thing. Looking for a fast cruising catamaran that doesn't cost an arm and a leg.

Glad to join the forum and thanks in advance for the invaluable information gathered here.

/Axel
