Starting in the St.Lawrence to Newfoundland and then the Caribbean

A little off topic, but thought you guys would know this... what is a good estimate for sailing time from Quebec City to Bar Harbor ? I figured it to be about 13 days, but wanted some local knowlege here... Also, wouldl leaving Quebec City around last week of September be too late in the year for this trip on a 44' Catamaran ?
