So Happy to Join!
And I capitalized my title!

Greeting, all. I have been a lurker on these forums for quite some time, constantly seeking out information and resources as I look towards buying a sailboat. That process has progressed nicely and, as actual boat visits are now at hand, I have decided to join CF as a participating member.

Thank you all for advice past that you never knew I used in my searching and planning, and thank you for advice yet to come as I push forward.

Welcome. Where in DC are you? We live on Capitol Hill and are currently wintering in Turkey after sailing across last summer. We will be home in August to get the kids back in school.
