Signing in!

My mom's been on me to make an account since our newest acquisition to the fleet! I've been sailing since I was seven, primarily dinghies and my mom's Goman 20. I haven't much experience with larger boats... yet.

Things took a crazy turn this year. My mom was contacted by a marina manager who said that a local sailor was looking to give his boat to someone who could take care of it. Long story short, the family are now the proud owners of a '73 Northstar 80/20 in near immaculate shape* and we're getting it ready to go in the water. Fingers crossed!

except for a horrendous repair job around the entire keel area

Ontario. Enjoying a gloomy day on the water right now. Tallship fleet just came in under the skyway bridge!
