Seionala

Hi everybody, it's pleasure to have the opportunity to be here, this is my first time being on Sailors website although I have many friends who made sailing a carrier, and many met passing by our lovely Island, what a wonderful lifestyle running on the (adrenaline of freedom).
We are from the beautiful Island of Vava'u - Tonga ( the hidden gem of the south pacific) hopefully we meet one day. while you're their, make sure to ask for Seionala more than happy to help.
Me and my husband have an ambitious project to build a 100 ft minimum glass bottom barge using ferrocement , spacial Glass thickness 1.5 up to 2.5 inch 3 meters wide 5 meters long at least. I truly appreciate any input regarding the pros and cons of such project, and if the new form of concrete called foam concrete is suitable for such purpose, thank you so much and look forward to your feed back, I need advise of an experts in the field, many thanks and have great day everyboday wherever you are cheers

Re: Seionala

Aloha and welcome aboard!
I personally don't care for ferrocement or concrete boats but there are others here on the forum who like them. I have no idea about foam concrete.
kind regards,
