There are a couple of clubs in the area which do weekly races, I think it's still Tuesdays and Thursdays. Hook up with one of them to start making connections. I don't have contact info but I could reach out to someone who used to race and ask. The America's Boating Club (formerly Sail and Power Squadron) has a local unit, look up their contact info on line (usps.org).

I would suggest updating your profile with your boat make & model or “Looking” in the "Boat" category. This info shows up under your UserName in every post in the web view. Many questions are boat and/or location dependent and having these tidbits under your UserName saves answering those questions repeatedly.
