Pablo the Sailor is Back ...

Hi everyone (that i know), just to say hello and that i am now back here on the forum! Ive spent the past 12 months trying to sell a freehold property to finance a boat purchase, in the end we decided to rent the property out! So, am still searching and looking to do a ¨swap¨, I just wondered how the used sailing boat market is since my last visit here a year ago! Thanks

Welcome back...Looks like the economy is doing another down-turn. So boat prices may see another dip.

Aloha and welcome back!
As Celestial was saying. Boat prices are dipping faster than home prices and homes are selling faster now but at reasonably low prices.
kind regards,

Welcome Pablo the Sailor! (though if you're also Pablo the Uruguayan Spaypainter from Eagleby I have an auger-bit I'd like to screw into your bilges as thanks for your lovely paintjob)

As an update for those of us newcomers too lazy to peruse your previous posts, what kind of boat are you looking for?
