Out of the Blue

Hi Everyone

I am in Oz just a short cruise south of the Great Barrier Reef. Returning to sailing after having a 21fter in the Northern Territory. Currently in the market for a liveaboard tri to 40 foot that is a suitable solo unit/short handed. Any clues shall be appreciated as keen on long term low and self maintenance. Relocating to Sydney for pelican research hence login. Look forward to a long and fruitful exchange "out of the blue". Regards OzP

Welcome aboard, can't help with tri ideas but I am sure others can .

I thought the Pelicans built their nests up north, not Sydney way

Dear Wotname
They are opportunistic breeders and do it almost anywhere there is a group and they can scrape a nest site together. Other pelicans aren't so fortunate. Hoping to study urban population issues and movements. regards OzP

Small liveaboard multihull boat buying information

Dear SkipperJohn
Thanks for the boat buying clues it is very much appreciated. Any further multihull recommendations for cats or tris to 35ft would also be graciously accepted. I am particularly keen to gain hull construction recommendations for future low maintenance management.
It is great to hear from Hawaii as it is a place that I am keen to get back to particularly the Big Island. Ozpelican
