Old Sailor, New to Cruisers Forum
Have a little time to kill, found this site, looks great.
Leaving Annapolis mid June for Bermuda, then south to Bahamas, always looking for good info and tips on how and how not to do things. might be of some help for people planning to escape from the DOCK.

June 11th is the start of the Annapolis to Bermuda race, so i will have lots of company. For the Bahamas leg, just watch for weather window. I think of Hurricane season as August to October hope the weather gods agree. SSB to check weather daily is a must.

Always thought that race could be a great time, but I never had the time, or the money, or the boat for that matter.
