Welcome Doug.
To answer your question: no.
If the
boat seems to fit your requirements, you know more about it that all of us.
You might get some opinions that all Bavarias are plastic-fantastic-bathtubs and only wooden long-keeler are for real cruisers.
You might get some general
advice like get a good
surveyor - have a place to put the
boat once it's yours, make sure you find an
insurance willing to insure it. All very true, but I guess at this stage you probably have this sorted out.
If you're unlucky the discussion might devolve into discussion whether keelbolts can be safe and that Cheeki Rafiki was just the first of gazillions. That won't help you.
Enjoy your boat if you're getting it, if not enjoy the hunt.
