New to the board - new to sailing!

Hi everyone,

My name is Andy, I'm fairly new to this sailing lark having completed my RYA Day Skipper course in June 2021. From there I crewed on a Lagoon 450 from Turkey to the Maldives to gain some experience.

I'm now looking to buy my first boat to live on year-round while learning about its systems and characteristics, and to see if I enjoy the live-aboard lifestyle.

I'm focusing on the Caribbean as an introductory area and am particularly interested in the Rio Dulce and its lakes, before venturing further afield, starting with Belize and Honduras.

I'm looking forward to meeting some of you in person and the rest of you virtually.
