Hi Steve. Welcome aboard and congratulations on your new purchase! Well done.

If you have been following the board for a while you are aware there are lots of Aussie sailors around here.

Enjoy the forum!

G'Day Steve,
Well done - can't give advice on that trip but sure you'll get some from others.

Aloha Steve,
Welcome aboard! Good to have some ex racers here. Sometimes we need sail trim lessons.
Kind regards,

Re: new to posting

Hey Steve,
Jeff here. Living in Shanghai, but made in Canada.
How did that trip go on the cat? Great to hear you got a new cat. Have you posted any pics? I spent some time in Sydney harbor on the Adam's 10's. Seems like a lifetime ago now.
Regards.

Re: New to Posting

My first post, hope I'm doing it right. I am residing in St Thomas, in middle of Medical assignment. Have some experience, and great passion for some sailing down islands. I saw Edel 33' catamaran for sale here. Is that an appropriate size boat for me, wife, and small dog for 3-4 months of cruising?

@ DaventrishWelcome to CF!

Can't imagine why it wouldn't suffice, but you might want to get the ok from your wife.

My first time at this
,I bought a boat, 16 ft Bahanian sloop, built by a guy named Tom Colvin. I guess he made some other larger boats. Anybody have any info on any other small Colvin designs?
