New to forum, swallowed the hook

I have, over several years, seen many a blog constantly involved in member bashing, arguments based entirely on opinions, and otherwise "evil" behavior. I was so tremendously surprised to stumble across CF and find experienced individuals sharing facts and hard won experiences. This has been a great find, and I hope to keep reading, posting if I think I can add worthwhile comment, for many years. We owned a 39' Pearson yawl in Michigan, brought her, through Chicago, down the rivers, to the keys and back to Panama City, FL. Here we have been forced, by health reasons, to sell Iroquois, and purchase a boat so aground and unable to float as to be labeled a "house". Please continue to maintain the high standards and knowledge based answers I have been experiencing.

Thanks Ann, I have figured out how to get to add the info as requested. Thanks for the welcoming from all. I would re-do the house as pictured, one of our favorites, if only for two things. 1) I don't have the necessary umbrella to transport. 2) If I had the time and/or resources, I would retrieve (regurgitate?) the hook and join you all out there.
