New scotty

Hi

I am Robbie recently arrived in Victoria BC after retiring from airline flying in Michigan Am interesting in meeting up with some power boating folks with a view to boating around the Gulf Islands and Vancouver Island

Have some experience on lakes in US

Any events to meet folks or just for a coffee will be gladly received

We are docked in Cowichan Bay (about 1 hour north of Victoria). Would be happy to have coffee & a visit but we are winter cruisers so we don't stay in one place for long. I recommend you check out Sidney North Saanich Yacht club & PM me if you want to get together.

Hi Bob and thank you for a speedy reply

I met Karin Wunderlich at an event recently and she also invited me to visit

NSYC sometime so maybe I will try that sometime and meet you there

I certainly seems to be nice weather for winter boating I see lots of boats leave downtown from my condo window here overlooking the lower harbour

Hope we get a chance to meet up soon
