New Sailor and Old Dreamer

I am new to this site and found it quite by accident. I have been reading everything I can get my hands on about sailing and the live aboard lifestyle.

I am from Michigan and have been in the Nuclear industry for 25 years. I would like to retire in the next five years and enjoy life to the fullest. I enjoy skydiving, scuba diving, cooking and beer! I love a good thrill.

Was on a Nuclear Cruiser in the 80s (USS Bainbridge CGN-25). She could outperform all the fossil fuelers on the long hauls.
