G'day all
My name is Kerry Boden and I live in Hobart, Tasmania, Australia.
I am a long-time keel boat owner, currently between boats. I am interested in picking up tips to assist me in selecting a suitable production yacht in the 40 to 45ft. range.

Hey Kerry...welcome to Cruisers Forum.
Sometimes the best advice is offered on a model by model basis, like for instance.."hey guys, what do you think of the X, I'm considering it for X type of cruising.
This could be done in the Multi or Mono forums.
Lots of experience and lots of opinions to be found here.

I think someone here sails one. Try putting the question under the monohull forum and use "jeanneau 42ds" in the thread title.
