Re: New Member

Welcome.

I would suggest updating your profile with your general location and your boat make & model or “Looking” in the "Boat" category. This info shows up under your UserName in every post in the web view. Many questions are boat and/or location dependent and having these tidbits under your UserName saves answering those questions repeatedly. If you need help setting up your profile then click on this link: https://www.cruisersforum.com/forums...ml#post3308797

If you need further help let me know, I would be happy to.

Welcome Aboard, Jorge!

Get ready for Spring! Will you be sailing locally or perhaps racing locally? What's your plan for this season?

Fair winds,

Olà João! Welcome to this great community. Where are you based? If in the neighbourhood of Lisbon, Tejo down to Cascais is a good place to strengthen your skills without much risk.
I lived in the neighbourhood of the Torre de Belém for a couple of years and had the opportunity to sail a few times there, up to the Mar de Palha, gorgeous.
Otherwise Algarve with Lagos as a base is also a great place, lots of Britts and Germans sailing there.

Sure you will. Sailing is the one of the best methods of physical distancing!

Good luck and fair winds,
