Have you tried looking in the back of "SpinSheets" magazine? its a local monthly publication that post classified ads in the back. Often I have seen listing for marina wanted help.

Why not try the good old-fashioned way of turning up at them all witha cV in hand, and impressing the marinas with your charm and skill so they call you when a vaancy comes up?
