Been cruising these forums for a while, finally made a login. Great source of information, its super useful, so i figured i'd contribute.
We have a gulfstar 44 CC , bult in 1980 and we're cruising the PNW, but based out of victoria. Did Alaska via the inside passage this last summer for four months.
Greet to meet ya. I pull up Windy every day or so to watch the Lows crash into your island. Some of them juuust about clip me down here in the SF Bay. Hope you're holding out well for the good weather ahead. And good on ye for breaking silence!

The winds here have been absolutely wild! Haven't been out on a weekend in two months, but we're finally taking her out this weekend. Pretty excited. Though, it has allowed me to complete a ton of projects.
We're transplanted New Yorkers who came here several years ago to buy a boat and sail away, but then we discovered the PNW. Finding it very hard to leave since we're always hearing - "wait, have you gone to ..." and so we're hooked. Hoped to see you out there!
