Hi to everyone
Before all I want to apologize for the late (but hopefully not to late)
introduction.
I'd worked internationally all my life and had in the late years heart attack, brain stroke, some cancer and worked down 150 pounds in order not to die! My employer thought after all, I wasto much of a risk and restructured, losing thiswise my job. Unemployement agency told me not to expect the same job at my age 56. My wife meant, I was a to unsecure issue for her and left me. Now, I decided to go for my dream to do some sailing. I had sailed 20 years ago in the
Pacific Ocean and wanted this feeling again and go for my dream, to sail to the
South Pacific.
And here I am, I already sailed from South Padre Islan to Houma through the
ICW and then, from Houma to Progreso,
Mexico. I don't know if call me crazy or madman, but I love it. I love the people I meet, I love the sailing, the experience and I love this Forum, since you nelp me a lot to find my way through, as the sailors in SPI also did. Thanks for letting mein this Forum and for sharing with me your experience. Have all good winds and I am the sailor from Syserenity, WDG7363 at HF
SSB. Would love go meet or hear from you underway.
Hans
