Ok you got me. Hello. I will try to be more active in the future. I have just purchased a 1986 26 ft. Carver. Motor mount Bolts pulling out of the stringers and lots of fun oportunities. I am learning enough so far by reading but be carefull what you ask for.

I'm sure it will but the membership remains here at your disposal. We have people in all the fartherest corners of the world and few other places we can't share as yet. All are welcome so you don't need to lurk and be shy. With almost 90,000 strong you don't have to feel outside the group. There has to at least 100 people that feel the same way you do. Unless you try and sell cell phone we won't hurt you. Sailors one - sailors all!

Thanks Paul
Don't worry about me I'm not a spammer but unfortunately I'm not a boat owner either, at the moment, so the topics I can contribute to may be limited. I'm seriously shopping for one.
As an aside noticing your profile I must say Gozzards are gorgeous.

Messages of Encouragement
Don't worry - it just gets replaced with this one...
"Hello Ex-Calif it appears that you have not posted on our forums in several weeks, why not take a few moments to ask a question, help provide a solution or just engage in a conversation with another member in any one of our forums?"
On a road trip right now, far from home and the boat and missing sailing like crazy. Did make a stop to West Marine yesterday and dropped $1,000 so I am at least getting half the joy of sailing right now - LOL.

Welcome aboard crusiersforum, thedudeistoocool.
I have been a member on this forum for quite a while. And I don't own a boat, " YET".
But I joined up, to ask questions to the many owners. And get their opinions and experiences on here.
Anyways!! Welcome aboard, thedudeistoocool.

Hi from a Texas cowboy who is in South Africa serving as a Baptist missionary. In two years my wife and I retire to a live aboard and join the cruising lifestyle. I have been learning a lot from the forums.

Hi Matey,
How good is this? To get a message from a Korean sailor is I think a first. I'm sure someone wll correct me if I'm wrong.
Anyway.
Welcome.
I hope the site proves useful and if I'm ever planning to head for Korea - I've now got someone to ask qustions of! great.

Hello, I'm Scott. I now live (and sail) in downeast Maine, however the season is just too short.
I'm moving to Costa Rica, where I have some land and plan to sail much more! I am a delivery captain and am always looking for new waters to navigate. If you wish, you can visit my site at www.captainladd.com
Thanks, and happy/safe voyages to you all. Scott
