Intro

Hi folks, I answered another post before posting an introduction, so I thought I'd go ahead and say hi here.

I've put in the retirement papers and want to go cruising. So I recently upgraded my boat from an old 30' Solna Scampi to an almost new 42' Manta Catamaran. We've got her in the Potomac for a while and plan to spend most of next year getting ready to cruise, then head south down the ICW next fall and work towards Bahamas, keys, and who knows?

I'm still in the 'thrilled with the new boat' stage, and really excited about getting into the cruising thang, now that I have the time.

I'm enjoying learning from folks on the forum, and look forward to much more.

Sally

Salire;

May I be the first to say, "Welcome aboard". I visit many other forums and I think this one is probably the best. Lots of knowledgeable folks here.

Nice to hear from another East Coast coastal cruiser.
