Inland River Cruisers
Anyone on this board cruse the inland waterways? My home port is on the beautiful Tennessee River.

Re: Inland river cruisers
Hey volboater...welcome to the forum.
What a beautiful state...My only inland waterway experience was a canoe trip from Lake George to Jacksonville Fl. was great.

Re: Inland river cruisers
The Great Loop is on the short list of things to do with my boat. Spent some time in Tennessee and loved it!

Re: Inland river cruisers
I have spent many happy days gunkholing the west coast version of the intercostal... The california delta.
There is something so relaxing about dinkin around in the delta.

Even while keeping an eye on the depthometer, making sure one takes the correct/intended channel, and avoiding yahoos on PWCs?

Sounds like you would be happier on land. I prefer to occasionally drop my bulwagga in the mud and enjoy.

No, I don't want to be bored all the time. Being laid-back is not wise while piloting.
