From what you have said you are right to feel a little annoyed. We honestly feel that we are better than this with our aftersales
service. Firstly I apologise that you never received a call back from us. Last week I was handed a call back for
Australia (not sure if it was definitely for yourself) but the number was taken down wrong and we could not get it to
work. If this was yours we can only apologise again as we actually hoped you would call back. I would also like to say that BLA are one of our largest representatives around the world and for them not have something in stock is very uncommon, especially an item as commonly ordered as a DP9905 deckplate. BLA are very good and we hope the next time you get in touch they can provide what you need.
