Howdy from Michigan

Hello all
Been cruising for 20 years now. 15 in San francisco bay and now 5 on the great Lakes and planning a 2 month cruise this winter in the Bahamas and surrounding area. Came upon a forum discussing using your propeller to generate power and everything people had to say was both informed and very helpful. So I decided to join what seems like a great group of people. Thank you

Re: Howdy from Michigan

Hi, Hapigo, welcome aboard CF. It's nice to have another experienced sailor aboard.

There are some particularly interesting threads (to me) going on now: two on anchoring, "Photos of Anchors Setting", started by noelex, and "Videos of Anchors Setting" by Panope, and Seaworhty Lass's thread "Bestevaer 49", about the construction of their new aluminum boat in Holland.

You might want to include information on your profile here about your sailing, and also fill out about your general location and boat type and size. It helps folks who answer your questions to tailor their response to your reality.

Ann
