Howdy

Just wanted to say hi to the crew. I am new to the site, and I am getting ready to do a class (school) project on a Southcoast 22. It can be sailed right now, but with some elbow grease it will look better, or with some good old hard work we can have a real nice older boat. I just thought this would be a good place for the kids and my self to get information if we run into trouble on the job. The kids will have to research the boat, repair, and all parts of sailing. Then when we are done, yahoo! go sailing. The man that is donating the boat is a certified sailing instructor, and wants to teach the kids to sail. '
The school is a continuation HS (think at risk kids) and I hope this would be an expericene that may help some to discover something about themselves.
Have a great night

Matt

Greetings and welcome aboard the CF, Matt.

Here's hoping you get some information, prior to running into trouble on your project. Best of luck, in an admirable endeavour.
