Howdy

Barb and I started our life-a-board lifestyle in May, 07 when we picked up our used Nauticat 515 in Turku, Finland. We sailed Big Sky down to Lagos, Portugal where we left her to go home to visit family and friends for x-mas.

Enjoy using the various forums for information.

Aloha Con,
Welcome aboard! Hope you enjoy the forum. How was your sail South from Finland?
Kind Regards,

Con, I just got back from Lagos, Portugal. Unfortunately I wasn't on a boat, but it's a fun place. We stayed in a hotel across the street from the main marina. I hope to sail the southern coast of Portugal someday. It was breathtakingly beautiful. Especially liked Sagres and Tavira.

Hi Con and Barb,

If you are heading into the Med, we will watch for you. We sailed down from Holland in 2007, stayed a while in Lagos and now we are spending the winter in Almerimar, Spain. We plan to head east this Spring.

See you somewhere, sometime.
